Carrie had a sporty childhood playing tennis, squash and netball and also participating in calisthenics. She was always the "chubby kid" but managed to hide behind this by using talents with her racquet. Aerobics became her passion when studying in Melbourne; she sometimes attended to up to 3 classes in one day. A year in America working and travelling, saw Carrie return a very unhappy 25kg plus heavier. Decades later, every diet under the sun, over-exercising and injuries, she is finally in a happy and healthy place. She began her fitness career teaching Group Fitness Classes in 2000. Lots of bouncing around, "woo-hoo's", endless hours practising routines (sometimes up to 60 different song routines going through her head) and fatigue is all behind her now. The Metabolic Precision exercise methods of FIRE and ICE suit her body, as well as matching her exercise with mp-body nutrition. She is the strongest and leanest she has been in years. Searching for that elusive diet has finally ended!
